11 acres on the corner Still Road and North Main Street with an additional 4 acres in Bloomfield. 20 Still Road was donated by the State of CT DOT in April 2000 and 38 Still Road was donated in June 2009 by Tom Falik Properties, LLC on behalf of Wendy Serbin Smith.
This property is a forested site with about half of it in wetlands including vernal pools, ponds and Tumble Brook.

A paper road divides the two sections which are comprised of forest and wetlands. Trout Brook flows to the south across the preserve from a pond on the north side of Orchard Road. The preserve’s woodlands and wetlands provide a habitat for a variety of birds and other wildlife in a highly developed residential area.
1+/- acre at 12 Clark Drive just south of Orchard Preserve. Donated in December 2008 through a combination of donations from the surrounding homeowners who led a legal effort to save it from development.
In 2025, a Hartford Audubon Society grant provided the funds for TRLC to buy plants and compost to establish a pollinator garden at the preserve.
